On Wednesday August 1st we were delighted to kick off The Geelong Small Business Festival at The Pier Geelong, hosted by the engaging and inspiring Ita Buttrose.
With a long and distinguished career in the media industry, Ita Buttrose spoke candidly about her journey from being the youngest Editor of the Australian Women’s Weekly along with being the founding Editor of Cleo Magazine. She also offered business owners tools and insights to take their businesses to the next level.
Guests were treated to a two course meal including Asian Style Beef Cheek for mains and Soft Centred Chocolate Puddings with Espresso Creme for dessert! Banks Road wines was a popular accompaniment to these dishes on the night.
Our Functions team yet again proved they are the experts when it comes to catering big events such as this – with over 600 hot main meals served within 25 minutes!
