Kaitlyn & Luke

As the summer bay breeze filled the air and glistening ripples of water lapped against Geelong’s Cunningham Pier, Kaitlyn and Luke were ready to embark on the most important day of their lives thus far.

Luke and his two groomsmen soared across Corio Bay and arrived by yacht. Stylish as ever and quite the entrance, but nothing was to replace the breathless moment that was Kaitlyn walking down the aisle.

Filled with bubbles, confidence and only a small amount of nerves, Kaitlyn was accompanied by those dearest to her. A fully beaded strapless gown and diamond drop earrings created a truly picture-perfect moment of bliss as Luke turned and saw her for the first time. It was irreplaceable. Immediately the room was in a state of awe and unfathomable warmth.

Katilyn walked down the aisle to Israel Kamakawiwo’ole’s rendition of Somewhere Over The Rainbow and Luke found himself at his most memorable part of the day.

The ceremony and all-important ‘I Do’ was surrounded by sparkling ocean and lit by a flood of bright natural light from The Pier’s Terrace.

With the ceremony and reception in the all-too convenient and picturesque location, the 126 guests were able to reminisce and mingle until the celebration afterwards! As the Pier’s Lillias Room was transformed, the backdrop of the head table was the sunset sky over the ocean horizon. The Terrace (where the ceremony was previously held) was transformed into a dance floor where the newlyweds and guests danced the night away.
